NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- 12 Quality Blue-Chip Stocks: This Barron's cover story argues that at a dozen blue-chip left out of the recent rally are worth buying and could rise 20% in the next year. Among the stocks mentioned are Microsoft(MSFT), ExxonMobil(XOM), Pepsico(PEP) and Safeway(SWY).

Among the stocks in his portfolio are EnerNoc(ENOC), Concur Technologies(CNQR) and VistaPrint(VPRT).
